XX LIFE ANNIVERSARY (Valladolid)
Domotics workshop in the urban school camp “A LIFE with roots”. The activities were focused on awareness of energy efficiency and saving and the renewable energy applied to buildings, and the use of intelligent systems for the management of buildings, including domotic devices.

Attendance and dissemination of the DOMOTIC Project in this Conference held in Brussels, organized by the European Economic and Social Committee.This Conference aims, firstly, to provide a historical view of the debate on sustainable development, analyse current challenges, future opportunities and possible solutions. Secondly, to exchange views on best practices among existing civil society projects promoting the green economy.

3rd TRANSNATIONAL MEETING (Zaragoza-Valladolid)
Third Transnational Meeting of the DOMOTIC Project, held in Zaragoza and Valladolid on 15th and 16th May 2012.During the meeting and throughout the week project partners worked intensely on the state of each pilot action in progress and the planned future actions. All project partners attended these work sessions.

XI NATIONAL CONGRESS ON ENVIRONMENT (Madrid)
From 26 to 30th November 2012 the DOMOTIC Project was exhibited in an ad-hoc stand in the XI National Congress on Environment (CONAMA), which was focused this year on sustainable development. Additionally, it was presented the technical communication that was selected for its later final publication in the conclusions and technical documentation of the Congress. During the Congress, the Network of European Model of Energy Efficiency LIFE DOMOTIC was launched. It aims to gather organizations, institutions and organizations that are operating in the field of energy efficiency and domotics.

POLLUTEC 2012(Lyon)
The DOMOTIC Project was disseminated in the 25th edition of POLLUTECH, the world-wide leader exhibition in the field of Environment Pollutech 2012, held in Lyon from 27 to 30th November 2012. Pollutech gets together a whole group of equipments, technologies and services specialized in the treatment of all kind of pollution, environment conservation and the implementation of sustainable development solutions.

El Edificio de estudiantes de la Universidad San Jorge, "Modelo de integración y equilibrio"... La Universidad San Jorge, entidad perteneciente al Grupo San Valero que promovió en su día el proyecto LIFE DOMOTIC; viene aplicando en sus proyectos de renovación y construcción los criterios validados en dicho proyecto. Entre ellos, los de economía de medios y flexibilidad aplicados en fase de diseño a la construcción del edificio de servicios para el alumnado recientemente construido en su campus, además de facilitar su rápida ejecución y proporcionar al edificio la capacidad de evolucionar, crecer y adaptarse a las nuevas necesidades en el futuro; han sido la base para concerder a sus arquitectos D. Antonio Lorén y Olatz Maestre el "Trofeo Ricardo Magdalena" del Instituto Fernando El Católico, por "la apropiada inserción del edificio en un entorno ecléctico y el equilibrio conseguido entre el interior y el exterior" del mismo. Por segundo año consecutivo un proyecto de la Fundación San Valero recibe el premio "Best LIFE" de la Comisión Europea por los desarrollos realizados a favor de la "Lucha contra el Cambio Climático".
